In the case of 'Live At The Rum Puncheon' by Swansea Sound, both album title and artist are named for now-defunct cultural aspects of the Welsh city - a pub and indie radio station respectively. Formed under lockdown, singer and songwriter Hue Williams reunites with former Pooh Sticks partner Amelia Fletcher (also ex-Talulah Gosh), along with other veteran musicians Rob Pursey and Ian Button. Together, they provide thrillingly noisy, C86-inspired jangle pop.
