Kosmos Kino (Discos Esplendor Geomtrico. LP 1988) is the third album and a classic inside the discography of legendary and influential Spanish industrial cult band Esplendor Geomtrico. Now available again in its original format. After a start in which the line of acute distortions and buzzy basses of their previous albums continues, it follows a surprising rhythmic viscerality, reaching its peak in the track "Trybuna Robotnicza", suitable for the most frantic dance and one of the greatest moments in their vast discography. Though this is a live recording, the sound does not defer too much of their studio recordings (there's no claps or sign of human presence), and it could be considered as the stylistic bridge to "Mekano-Turbo" LP. Hard Points: Unavailable on vinyl for more than 20 years! and can only be found (the original LP) from time to time in internet at around $100. Considered an industrial classic of the eighties. En 2009, los colombianos Frente Cumbiero y el legendario productor de dub Mad Professor se juntaron para colaborar en una sesión de tres días en la cual también participaron el hijo de Mad Professor, Joe Ariwa, y personajes clave de la escena musical de Bogotá. De esas sesiones improvisada surgieron tres composiciones colectivas. Junto a otros cuatros temas del Frente Cumbiero, estas siete grabaciones fueron posteriormente remezcladas por Mad Professor en su estudio Ariwa de Londres. El resultado es este disco, una fascinante pieza más de la emergente escena internacional de cumbia.
